At Ajmal Perfumes India, we strive to ensure your fragrance experience is seamless; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we offer returns only for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any damage or discrepancies.
- 2.Provide Proof
Share clear photographs or a short unboxing video of the damaged product and the original shipping label for our quality assessment team.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 2-3 business days.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 working days.
